ManageEngine ADManager Plus is a wholesome yet simple-to-use, web-based Active Directory management solution that eases the day-to-day AD management tasks. The intuitive interface of the product gets rid of the monotony in using native AD tools. The products facilitates bulk-creation of AD objects with all properties including Exchange attributes – all these either within a few clicks, or by importing .csv files. ADManager Plus also assists in managing MS-Exchange by creating and configuring mailboxes. The products supports even the latest version – Exchange 2010. The comprehensive and comprehensible reports present consolidated and actionable data to an AD Administrator. The reports interface even enables an administrator to perform management actions from these reports. All these reports can be scheduled and exported to standard formats like csv, pdf and html. ADManager Plus also presents an administrators with a unique delegation model that is flexible enough to allow a helpdesk technician perform tasks flawlessly, and at the same time, rigid enough not to elevate the powers of the technician in the native Active Directory. The delegation can be effected to granular levels, enabling the technician to perform specific tasks only in specific OUs. The latest version of ADManager Plus comes equipped with a mini AD request management system and a mini compliance toolkit – ADManager Plus Workflow. Workflow enables an administrator to define a constitution for processes to flow in the Active Directory. This strengthens the security of your Active Directory as no one can bypass the defined flow. Additionally, this also helps in documenting the process-hierarchy in a retrievable and provable format – which has been mandated for compliance to various Govt. Regulatory Acts like SOX, HIPAA, GLBA etc. ADManager Plus is available in Free, Standard and Professional Editions. The free edition manages and reports up to 100 objects in a single Domain.
